BILL LUNSFORD

Bill

William A. Lunsford founded Bill Lunsford Construction, Inc./Capstone Real Estate in 1979. As a Developer/Broker, Bill focused primarily on residential development, construction and sales. He has developed residential subdivisions totaling in excess of $10 million.

For the past fifteen years Bill has successfully redirected the focus of the company into the commercial development and construction markets; managing projects ranging in volume from $3.2 million.

Bill is a 1968 graduate of Livingston University, where upon graduation he accepted the position of Director of Auxiliary Services. For seven years he managed all the income-producing and campus services of the university. He began his real estate career in 1974 in real estate sales and construction. After accruing five years of solid experience, he founded his own company.

Bill has served as President of the Tuscaloosa Home Builders Association, on the Board of Directors of the Alabama Home Builder's Association, and the Board of Directors of the American Red Cross. He also serves on the committee for Friends of Bryce; Executive Board of Boy Scouts of America, and the Tuscaloosa Rotary Club. Bill is a member of the Class of 2000 "Leadership Tuscaloosa" program. He currently serves for the Chamber of Commerce as Chair for the Tuscaloosa/Northport Downtown Development Committee, promoting growth and business development in the downtown areas.

Bill is an avid outdoorsman. He and his wife Cathy have four children and two grandchildren. They are members of Trinity Presbyterian Church, where Bill serves as Trustee.

ANNE SMITH

R. JUDSON LUNSFORD

Judson

R. Judson Lunsford is a 1998 graduate of the University of Alabama, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration. He has been employed full time with Bill Lunsford Construction & Development since 1998. He now oversees all construction activities for Bill Lunsford Construction and Development. Judson is a member of the Presidents Council Committee for the Chamber of Commerce of West Alabama.

Judson enjoys numerous outdoor activities, including golf, fishing, and playing drums in the praise band at Valley View Baptist Church. He and his wife Stacie have Four children: Brittany, Collier, Harrison, and Gwendolyn. They are members of Valley View Baptist Church.

CHARLES LUNSFORD

Charles

Charles Lunsford joined Bill Lunsford Construction/Capstone Real Estate in 1989, and currently works as general construction management. Charles has fifteen years prior industrial construction experience and has worked with Brown and Root, Mundy Industrial Maintenance, and International Paper Company. Charles successfully oversees a varied list of projects while maintaining the scheduling of labor crews.

Charles attended Walker Jr. College and Livingston University. He and his wife Gloria have two daughters and four grandchildren. He enjoys camping, boating, and fishing.

CATHY LUNSFORD

Cathy

Cathy Lunsford has been associated with Bill Lunsford Construction/Capstone Real Estate for the past ten years. Cathy serves the firm in project cost accounting and office management. She has over fifteen years experience in marketing and accounting. Prior to her association with the firm she worked as a Marketing Coordinator with Harbert International, Inc., coordinating various proposals on domestic and international construction projects, overseeing the development of division advertising, marketing tools and other public relations efforts. For many years prior to her involvement in the construction industry, Cathy served as Production Manager for a major advertising firm where she was responsible for total project coordination, as well as media campaign buys, for varied projects and clients.

Cathy enjoys sailing, reading, and working with stained glass. She and her husband Bill have four children and three grandchildren. They are members of Trinity Presbyterian Church, where she is involved with Women's Ministries.

ANTHONY WILLIAMS

Anthony Williams joind Bill Lunsfor Construction & Development in 2002, bringing over ten years of general construction experiance to our firm. He has a degree in Building Construction and has managed numerous size projects, gaining much of his early experiance with Brice Building Company. Anthony's strong management skills help to insure that each project is completed on time and within budget. Anthony oversees all construction projects and management duties.

Anthony and his wife, Constance, have one son and one daughter. In his leisure time, Anthony enjoys time with his family, coaching youth league baseball, fishing, and hunting. The family attends Church with a Vision where Anthony sings with the Praise Team.
