BILL LUNSFORD
William A. Lunsford founded what is now Bill Lunsford Construction
& Development, Inc. in 1979. As a Developer/Broker, Bill has
focused primarily on residential land development, condominium and
apartment complex development, and commercial and retail development.
He has been a contributor to the re-development of downtown Tuscaloosa;
revitalizing several historic, downtown properties which now house
many fine retail establishments and offices.
Bill is a 1968 graduate of Livingston University (University of
West Alabama), where upon graduation he accepted the position of
Director of Auxiliary Services. For seven years he managed all the
income-producing campus services of the university before beginning
a career in real estate sales and construction.
Bill has served on the Board of Directors of the Alabama Home Builders
Association, as President of the Tuscaloosa Home Builders Association,
and has served on the Board of Directors of the American Red Cross.
Bill currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Chamber of
Commerce and as a member of the Executive Board of the Boy Scouts
of America. Bill is a member of the Class of 2000 Leadership Tuscaloosa
program, a member of the Rotary Club and he serves on the committee
for Friends of Bryce.
Bill is an avid outdoorsman. He and his wife Cathy have four children
and seven grandchildren. They are members of Trinity Presbyterian
Church, where Bill serves as Trustee.

CATHY LUNSFORD
Cathy Lunsford has been associated with Bill Lunsford Construction
& Development since 1992. She currently serves the firm as Director
of Administration. She has over twenty years experience in marketing
and accounting.
Prior to her association with the company she worked as Marketing
Coordinator with Harbert International Inc., coordinating various
proposals on domestic and international construction projects, overseeing
the development of division advertising, marketing tools, and other
public relations efforts. For many years prior to her involvement
in the construction industry, Cathy served as Production Manager
for a major advertising firm where she was responsible for total
project coordination and media campaign buys for varied projects
and clients.
Cathy enjoys sailing, biking, and working with stained glass. She
and her husband Bill have four children and seven grandchildren.
They are members of Trinity Presbyterian Church.

ANTHONY WILLIAMS
Anthony Williams joined Bill Lunsford Construction & Development in 2002, bringing over ten years of commercial construction experience to our firm. He has a degree in Building Construction and has managed numerous size projects, gaining much of his early experience with Brice Building Company.
For the past five years Anthony has worked to help grow our construction business completing institutional, state, county, condominium, and private new construction and renovations up to $8 million.
As Vice President of Construction, Anthony oversees all construction operations. His strong management skills help to ensure that each project is completed on time and within budget.
Anthony and his wife, Constance, have one son, Drew and one daughter, Lana. In his leisure time, Anthony enjoys time with his family, music, hunting and fishing. The family attends McNeil Baptist Church where Anthony is the praise and worship leader. |

CHARLES LUNSFORD
Charles Lunsford joined Bill Lunsford Construction & Development in 1989, and currently works as general construction management. Charles has fifteen years prior industrial construction experience and has worked with Brown and Root, Mundy Industrial Maintenance, and International Paper Company. Charles successfully oversees a varied list of projects while maintaining the scheduling of labor crews.
Charles attended Walker Jr. College and Livingston University. He and his wife Gloria have two daughters and four grandchildren. He enjoys camping, boating, and fishing. |

Susan Caffee
Susan Caffee joined Bill Lunsford Construction & Development as Accountant and Project Controller in 2006. A 1985 graduate of the University of Alabama, Susan earned a BS in Accounting from the School of Commerce and Business Administration with a minor in Computer Science from the School of Engineering.
Susan has an extensive background in both public accounting and the construction industry. In addition to managing the company’s accounting system, She works closely with management to develop reports and methods for both operational controls and expanded financial analysis.
Susan is a member of the National Association of Women in Construction, The Alabama Gourd Society, and volunteers on the Audit Committee for the Kentuck Festival held in Northport each year.
Susan is passionate about nature and has many hobbies including landscaping, beading, and working with gourds. She and her husband, Ken Montgomery, live in Vance, AL and are working together on a long-range project to transform their land into a mini wildlife refuge. |

Vonda Christian
Vonda joined Bill Lunsford Construction & Development in 2005 and serves the company as Project Support Specialist. She oversees the complete processing of all bid documents, all initial project start up process documents, and trade contracts and insurance documents.
With over a decade of property management experience, Vonda also coordinates all aspects of lease management for the company’s commercial and retail properties, as well as management of the company’s HOA groups.
Vonda and her husband, Jerry, have two sons. She enjoys spending time with family and gardening. |
